Nicholas Winfrey, the principal owner of Innovate for Impact, brings over 15 years of executive leadership in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. As President of Maui United Way, Nick has led multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives, built cross-sector coalitions, and played a pivotal role in coordinating disaster relief during the 2023 Maui wildfires. His leadership is marked by strategic clarity, heartfelt community connection, and a deep commitment to systems-level change.

Nick is known for blending vision with practicality—bridging big-picture strategy with the day-to-day realities of running impactful organizations.
